As an cricket fan it's always bothered me that Brad Hodge has only played 6 Test matches when his Test average is 55.88 with 2 fifties and a high score of 203 not out against South Africa. My first thought was that maybe his First-class average wasn't that high then I discovered that this man's First-class stats looks like this: Matches- 223 Innings- 388 Runs- 17,084 High Score- 302* Fifties- 64 Hundreds- 51 Average- 48.81 (which is amazing after 388 innings) Why hasn't a batsman with such talent and experience played more Test matches?...
