Open Question: Studying politics in South Africa, Cape town university?

Hello, I am currently living and studying in Norway, but lately i'm feeling bored here. The city where I live there are 300 000 people, and not much to do. Also I want a new experience, and therfore want to study abroad. Lately I have been looking into studying politics at the Cape Town university. Its a pretty wild idea, but the reason i'm looking into South Africa is because: - Its cheap - Its something completly new - Cape Town university has higher ratings than the university I go too Does anyone know if this type of study in SA is good, or has any other information you wish to share?
