Resolved Question: Why haven't the 1 billion plus in "black" Africa advanced to the "Stone Age"?

I said "black" Africa, not Egypt, South Africa, ETC. I am talking about 100% black Africans, Sub Sahara, 100% black types. And not the usual crap "The White man stole their gold and Diamonds", those are just trinkets, And the comeback "Many wonderful places in Africa", check those out, those have many Whites living there making it that way. @ ISA, what I asked, you got an answer? @ just me..Their best?, OK, just look at what they sold.
